Shipping
Free Shipping within the continental United States on
all clocks and collector cabinets.
All orders (including Alaska, and Hawaii) outside of the
continental United States will be charged the least
expensive rate possible and will be notified by e-mail
of the cost before shipping.

All products (except floor clocks and large curio
cabinets) are shipped UPS ground and usually take 5-8
working days to arrive. Floor clocks and large curio
cabinets are shipped common carrier and usually take
about 2 weeks.
If you would like your order shipped overnight or 2nd
day please indicate so in the comment box (provided in

Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell
your e-maill address or any other information to other
parties.
Return Policy
All products shipped UPS will be allowed to be
returned within 10 days for exchange, credit, or
refund of the original charge less shipping and a 15%
restocking fee.
No clock shipped common carrier will be allowed to be
returned with the exception of refusal of delivery for
the express cause of damage at the time of delivery.
If you are returning a product please contact us at
service@grandfatherclocksonline.com and describe the nature of
the damage along with all other pertinate information.
We will do our best to make this process quick and
easy.
Damage In Shipping
UPS Deliveries
If your product is damaged in shipment, you must
notify us within 24 hours. Since all products are
shipped insured, you must save all packing materials
for an inspection by the shipping company.
Common Carrier Deliveries
This is for all deliveries except UPS and is usually
reserved for heavy wall clocks and large curio
cabinets. If your product is damaged in shipment you
must notate the damage on the freight bill for a claim
to be valid. Failure to notate the damage on the
delivery freight bill will void your ability to seek
reimbursement for damages. If the damage is noticed
while delivery is being made, it is in your best
interest to refuse the shipment and notify us
immediately. A replacement will be sent and we will
handle the claim process.
Floor Clock Set Up
Setting up your floor clock is amazingly easy and
usually takes about 10 minutes. You will receive
simple installation instructions plus an instructional
video. If you still need help please call us and we
will be more than happy to walk you through it. Also,
Howard Miller has a tech staff you can call to help
you out.
